The quickest way from inside CoMoment is Profile → Report a problem. It opens an email with your app version, device and account ID already filled in, and nothing from your family's moments.

Get CoMoment on the App Store. Sign in the same way you do on the web and your family's map is already there — the app and the web share one account.

Download CoMoment for Android from this site; the page explains the prompts Android shows for an app that does not come from Google Play. It uses the same account as the web.

• •CoMoment signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google — and in the iPhone and iPad app, with Apple too. There is no password to remember or reset.
• •If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
• •If you chose Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, your account uses Apple's forwarding address. Profile shows which address that is; album invitations need to go to it, or use an invite link instead.

• •Everything is private to your family until you share it. You can share one moment with a link, or invite people to an album.
• •Menu → Shared links lists every link to your moments and albums. Turn off any you no longer want working.

Sign in at comoment.app and open Profile → Export your family. You get every photo and video as you uploaded it, and a file describing each moment.

Open Profile → Delete account, in the app or on the web. Your family and everything in it disappears right away and is deleted permanently within 7 days. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
